  I would not recommend anyone looking for a payroll services to use Paychex. I was convinced by my banker to switch from ADP to Paychex because Citizen Bank has a deal with Paychex that can save me money on processing. So like any business owner, I would love to save some money on expense. Switched over to Paychex, which ADP did not give me any issues or did not file any of my Tax paper. I used Paychex for awhile, until I no longer needed payroll services because I have no employee anymore. I called them to cancel which they did, but failed to clearly clarified that they were not filling my tax. Months latter I received a letter from the labor department regarding unpaid tax, they did not file my tax to the government and failed to clairly state that they are not filling my tax do to my ending of the service. No I am scrambaling to figgure this out, I called them and all I got was owell your not our customer anymore. (If I was to have employee again Paychex would not be the one I would ever think of or even recommend to anyone As a business owner, you already have to much to balance. So save your self sometime and headaches and get the better service either from a POE company or ADP for just a little more.

  Every other week something goes wrong. I have to deal with someone's paycheck being screwed up. Then if somebody takes a day off, our payroll never gets processed. Come on now? ADP is awesome but Paychex has a deal with Citizens bank which works out perfectly for us.
